VERMEER HEARTLAND - PARTS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Criteria For Return/Exchange:
  • Must have original sales receipt (proof of purchase)
  • Must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of original purchase
  • Must be in original packaging and in resalable condition
  • clean, no damage or marks, original tag still attached/present, etc.
  • Must provide explanation of reason for return/exchange (i.e. overstock, wrong item, faulty, etc.)
  • Must meet all other mfg./vendor guidelines for return/exchange
Disqualifiers For Return/Exchange:
  • Any of the criteria above not met
  • Special Order, Obsolete or Non-stock items that aren’t returnable to the mfg.
  • Installed, Damaged, Used or Weathered items
  • Electrical and Electronic items
  • Vendor Non-returnable item
  • Items that expire or deteriorate over time
  • Current sales and/or inventory level doesn’t support resale within 4 months or less
Faulty/Defective Parts:
  • Parts found to be faulty/defective before installation may be returned for exchange only
  • Parts that have been installed and are found to be faulty/defective must be processed as a warranty claim and are subject to approval/denial by the mfg. at which time credit will be issued.
Return/Exchange Restocking Charges:
  • Returns/Exchanges for like item that meet all the criteria will not be assessed any restocking charge
  • Returns without offsetting (like item) purchase or are beyond 30 days of original purchase date but meet all other criteria will be accessed a 20% restocking charge
  • Freight, shipping and handling charges in conjunction with a return/exchange are non-refundable
  • All other restocking charges and eligibility will be determined at VHL management discretion
*VHL Management reserves the right to determine a parts return eligibility and associated return/restocking fees at their sole discretion.
*All returns must be approved by the Parts, Aftermarket or Branch Manager.
*Request for return should be submitted to the respective branch parts department. All request must include the necessary information along with the physical parts or photos.
*Returns cannot be processed until all items have been inspected and approved.
